No surprise costs
You approve every charge before it happens. If a charge reaches your invoice that we did not disclose and you did not approve in advance, we absorb it.
Defined exceptions: shipper-caused detention, lumper fees, reconsignment, and scope changes you request.
No surprise silence
Pickup confirmation, delivery confirmation, and proactive notice of any exception that puts your delivery window at risk. You hear it from us before you have to ask.
If we miss one: a $250 service credit is applied to that load. You do not have to request it.
No surprise carriers
Every carrier clears the full Forza Shield verification protocol before it is eligible for your freight. Capacity pressure is not an exception.
No waivers. If a carrier does not clear, it does not haul your load.
