We screen the carrier through multiple intelligence platforms before dispatch. The question: does the information support the carrier presenting itself?
Carrier, dispatcher, and driver identity are checked alongside authority and insurance. A familiar company name alone is not the whole picture.
We look for double-brokering indicators, identity mismatches, and theft signals before assigning freight.
The driver and equipment are confirmed before freight is released. Verification needs to reach the dock—not stop at the paperwork.

You approve every charge before it happens. If a charge reaches your invoice that we did not disclose and you did not approve in advance, we absorb it.
Defined exceptions: shipper-caused detention, lumper fees, reconsignment, and scope changes you request.

Pickup confirmation, delivery confirmation, and proactive notice of any exception that puts your delivery window at risk. You hear it from us before you have to ask.
If we miss one: a $250 service credit is applied to that load. You do not have to request it.
