Forza freight security assessment
Eight questions, about two minutes, no email required. You get a score, the exposure band it falls in, and the specific gaps your answers point to.
Why this matters
The people taking freight today do not cut locks. They use a real carrier’s authority, an email domain one character off yours, and a driver nobody checked. Every question below maps to a point where a fraudulent pickup either gets caught or gets loaded.
The assessment
Before a carrier is dispatched, is it screened through more than one independent intelligence or vetting platform?
Do you confirm that the person tendering or dispatching actually controls the carrier’s registered contact details, rather than the ones on the email?
Would you find out if a load you tendered were re-brokered to a carrier you never approved?
Is the driver’s identity verified against the dispatched carrier before the trailer is loaded?
At pickup, is the truck, trailer and plate checked against what was dispatched?
Does the shipping facility have written instructions on who is authorized to collect the load?
Is continuous tracking required on high-value freight, with exceptions worked while the truck is still moving?
Is there a defined procedure for what happens when something at pickup does not match?
