The protocol
Each layer is an independent check run against an independent source. A bad actor prepared for one of them is not prepared for all eight.
Every carrier is screened through independent intelligence platforms before dispatch: suspicious activity, fraud indicators, safety and compliance concerns, reputation problems and operational risk.
Active FMCSA operating authority, operating status and out of service history, with cargo coverage verified against the declared value of your freight rather than a certificate on file.
The company accepting the load has to be the company that shows up. We verify carrier identity, dispatcher identity and the contact channels they actually control, not the ones on the email.
Driver identity and license verified against the carrier record, and tractor, trailer, plate and equipment confirmed against the load, including reefer qualification when temperature is involved.
Each shipment is evaluated for double brokering, cargo theft indicators, identity mismatches, spoofed domains, synthetic identities, suspicious location history and high risk operating patterns.
Before freight is released we verify pickup authorization, carrier assignment, driver information and shipment details, so the load leaves the dock only with the approved transportation partner.
Tracking from pickup through delivery with fraud detection for stolen loads, unauthorized re brokering and mode switching, so a problem surfaces while it can still be solved.
On high value and theft target freight we add enhanced controls matched to declared value: deeper verification, tighter check calls, route and stop discipline and escalation paths agreed before the load moves.
